We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied for any reason please return your purchase for a credit to be used toward any products at brookerodd.com.
Purchased items are determined to be un-returnable if the item has been worn, tags have been removed, or the item has sustained any other type of damage. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from Brooke Rodd, you may do so within 15 days of the purchase. Please be sure to return the item(s) you wish to exchange/return to the return Brooke Rodd address. Include the following 1.) Your receipt 2.) A brief note describing the reason for return 3.) Your contact information (name, address, phone number and e-mail). We retain the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 30 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product to you will also be accepted for return 30 days from the date of purchase.
